As far as the gas prices, we're always looking for that cheap and easy fix, bandaging a problem until something else breaks down and we're all boo-hoo, gas prices are $3 or $4 a gallon? Well quit driving, ride a bike or walk once in awhile. I tuned my car for at least 28 MPG and drive my eco-beater as much as possible. I see the price increases as a way of the US actually catching up with the rest of the world and it all happened on Bush's watch and the blame goes squarely on him and his regime...

To suggest the Dems have had any power the last 4 or 5 years to do anything about it is really a pretty weak statement.
they had the power before 2004 for to BLOCK bills in congress

since 2004 (where they LOST more and more races) they dont have that power anymore

and the presidents energy bill has already passed

barren? Come on there is grass there... lots of grass. You know if that grass is disturbed there is going to be a global warming of like .0000000000001 degrees within the next 30 million years.

seriously. a good sized area for drilling would probably be equal to or less than the amount of land seen in those pics
