the front end will need some work
it looks like they fixed enough to fit the fender and head light
i say replace it
you can get a jober one cheap, with the bottom that kinked its not worth to fix it
if you take some pics with the bumper head lamps and fenders off i can give you more advice

jober = after market (auto body term)
you drill out the spot welds to remove the damaged one
clamp the jober in to place and weld it in
but first i need to see pictures to see if there is any thing pushed back or just minor damaged
you might need to do some hmt style pulling

yes jober dosent fit as good as oem but its alot cheaper and not that bad (honda is prety good for jober)
ya for 100 the guy pulled it enough so the fender fits and the hood closes
well see what has to be done when you get the pics
i got jober fenders hood lights bumper rebar and rad saport they fit decent
if you take the time you can make it look good

88dx, is it a 88 crx? What condition is it in? Seriously I've seen riced out pieces of *****, and beat up stock crx's go for more than $2,250 here.
titty - I live in Huntsville AL. I dont know what places weld :-P
