I love seeing houses like whiteys. In NC you can can get a house like that and more for about 400k. NC has the cheapest realestate prices in the country. My buddy's house is 4 stories with an elevator, pool, jakoozie,furnished, pool table, and too much to mention and got it for 500k. Damn I should go into realestate around here :-\

I'm in school the house is my dad's. He a journeyman Electricican for local 380. So for all you non-union construction workers out there, go unionize ;)




My dad built our house back in 1980ish. When it was originally built it was nowhere close to what it is today. He came up with a good design where its really easy to add on. The next addition is a 3 car garage 36' by 30' I can't wait
