you need to ditch the CIS ---- and switch to digi 1 or a motronic setup.

if you plan on keeping the factory fuel setup just drop a 2.0l 16v in it

I don't have any plans to build this or use it for a project at the moment. but if I do it will be a 2.0l or g60. my co-worker has a complete vr6 setup, trying to get him to sell it.

a VR would be nice but it is quite the bit of work going into a CIS car. a 2l 16v is very straight forward, no need for subframe and control arms and pedal set among other things you would need for the VR
