its a 96 + D16Y7 exaust header with the cat attached. yopu would have to cut and weld your adapter to it. look for an HF manifold and save yourself a pain in the ass

i know, its the same manifold/cat on my d16y5. i was just showing it to people to see what everyone would say.

Know a local guy using one of those. Chop the cat, and weld on an adapter.

what would the adapter plate look like? would it be almost the same as an adapter plate for a hf manifold?

it is a d16y7 manifold, i have the same manifold that i'm using for the turbo setups

Hey after the welding of the adapter plate, that's a pretty fly lookin' mani, time to eBay the HF and find me one of those!! :P So I take it that was off a D16Y7, what about the D16Y5 like civic_racer? damn can't remember, which model did them come from? DX? CX? HX? or LX? Sorry too broke it actually invest in a 96+, actually make that a 92+ car. But that's a mighty fine mani. Look like it was made tht way.

Wouldnt this be a bitch to mount an adapter plate to? It looks like its odd shaped where it comes to the adapter plate. I have a y7, so I'm wondering what would be cheaper, go with the HF or ebay the HF and use the y7?

mine is off a 98 civic hx. it also comes on all other 96+ civics, except ex and si, im pretty sure.
