Another dyno thread...update on a turbo f22
quick glance at setup:
f22a1 with a6 intake mani uberdata with custom tune Starion FMIC 2.5-3" exhaust t3/t04e 57 trim 10-10.5psi 2 and 3" charge piping http://www.streetneeds.com/uploads/cars/dynosheet.JPG That was the first pull. The last pull was 248whp and 254wtq and it was smoother from 3800 to 4800rpm There was a boost drop at 4800rpm for a couple 100 rpm. dropped from 10.5 to 9.5 or somethin then went back up to 10.5psi. My cooling system is really inefficient and consistant numbers were null. Need about another hour on the dyno. |

Re: Another dyno thread...update on a turbo f22
hey whp ans wtq didnt cross @ 5250 whats up with that?

Re: Another dyno thread...update on a turbo f22
Preciate man. Gonna try to flatline or atleast slow the torque drop after 4800rpm. Power should rise a bit more then. The whole theory on advancing the ign after max tq max sense but its a bit scary to do ya know? Shooting for 260-275whp on pump gas at 10-11psi.

Re: Another dyno thread...update on a turbo f22
why do alot of people trip out when you see a honda make more tq than hp? my d16a6 made about 5-10 more tq than hp also. also it was untuned so maybe thats why. but i see it often in torque motors like the f22's, b18a/b, b20's. they all have great tq #'s

Re: Another dyno thread...update on a turbo f22
Wow, nice numbers. Alot more improved than last time. I was suprised when I saw your numbers the last dyno pull because I thought at 10psi you should be making alot more power than what you. Now I'm thinking about running 10psi instead of the 8 I was planning to do. My set-up is almost identical to yours too.
