are you sure your head unit doesn't have a fuse in the harness? Might wanna check that.

sometimes instead of a harness fuse the deck will have a fuse on the back of itself. check for one if there isn't one in the harness.

Check ALL your underhood fuses, especially the 7.5 AMP one.

Mine blew and my clock would reset every time I shut down.

cause they have little keys that you need. go to a place that cause car audio stuff and they can pull it out for you.

Same thing happenned to me man, because I have a small hawker battery my buddy when boosting me just guessed which one it went on, ended up having to leave the car at the gas station for the night because no stores were open then, I blew the main 60A under the dash, and 4 10/15's under the dash
