Just pull the motor

I keep my car pulled all the way to the front of my driveway with the wheels turned all the way to one side and the steering wheel locked. Usually there is a car parked behind it. Of course then you've got all the regular kill switches and alarms and what not.

Another good idea is to mount an alarm inside your car.

also a fuel pump toggle switch would work very well, probably better than taking your ECU out. if it's well hidden but easily accessed, you can get in and out of your car without anyone even realising you hit a switch.
that wont work... I saw this tow truck guy use these wheel dolly's under each wheel.. you know the kind you would use in a shop.. to move immobile cars arround. any how.. it was parked pretty much like you described.. he just put these things on.. and pushed it out sideways.. then put it on the truck.

The thing is, you can't EVER stop your car from being stolen completely.

Things that don't work....
The club, the steering wheel can be broken with vice grips in about 10 minutes
The stock steering lock....Honda decided they were going to hang the lock over the edge of the column by a few inches and then use shear bolts to secure it
A big bar through the wheel, pry down and it breaks, great idea.

The clutch lock, I can drive a car without the clutch, it's a BITCH when you have to stop, but after first gear, revmatching does the trick
The brake lock, you can just use the ebrake to limp it.

I used to pull relays and fuses, unless the theif REALLY knows their ---- they probably won't figure it out. If you pull the fuel pump relay then it'll just turn over and they may think it's broken, you could disconnect the injector plugs, but leave them loosely on top of the injectors, they probably won't notice it. Take the rotor out of the distributor if you have one (take like 3 seconds).

Like I said, if they're pros, they'll get it with a towtruck, I've also heard of people breaking into the other car boxing in the vehicle they wanted because chances are that other car is probably just a stock POS with no alarm, even if the wheel is locked, all you have to do is take off the ebrake and roll it back far enough to back the other car out.

There is one sure fire way to not get your car stolen.

Move out of the damn city. If you live an a fairly rural area like me people don't mess with your stuff. That is unless somebody really has a hard on for you.

If theft is really that big of a problem where you guys live then you should be taking lots of precautions. Chances are nobody is going to want your honda bad enough to pull it out from between two cars, break into it to take the e-brake off and the steering lock.

Has everybody forgotten that tow-trucks are loud as ----? There's no way in hell I'd sleep through that ----.

I know if I heard one in my driveway late at night I'd hit the ground running and come out shooting.

at an apartment my 90 hatch was stolen by a tow truck, i had a 2 way alarm (compustar), it went off, i ran to the balcony, seen the tow truck hookin my ---- up fast as hell, yelled back into the apartment bailed off the 2nd floor chased him he was already draggin my ---- away fast alarm going off. when i got close.

so ya block that ---- and get a 2-way.

not sure if they were false alarms or not but a few times i've had my pager go off a few times in (my coupe ) and i come creepin out the house with a bat and no one is there.. .

Here, let me refine your stealing technique, since it's still in the stone age:

It takes 30 seconds to hacksaw through a club equipped steering wheel.
The shear bolts in a stock steering lock take three minutes to undo with a pair of pliers, if you are fumbling around in the dark. I've yet to see the prybar technique work.
