Well I'm coming home from work, it's raining a little, roads are wet, and I just got my new clutch put in last week, so the car is running great. I'm having fun on the wet pavement taking corners a little hard to slide around a little, but making sure no cars are coming the other way.

Well I'm waiting for a green light to turn to another road, I took the turn too hard and did a 360 over the median and back out. Luckily no cars where coming the other way, if not I would have hit the side of a car. I took the turn coming from a stop, maybe 20mph, not even hard, but lost control. No damage to the car, it was a small concrete median. Needless to say I cruised slowly home.

That ---- is scary. Last time I slid like that it was in my civic in the middle of an ice storm going about 45. I bounced of a gaurd rail :'(. Luckley there was a big pile of snow to cusion the blow so it was all good. ;D

Nothing scarier that slidding out of control with traffic in the other lanes. In hind sight it is cool though, cuz noone got hurt.

Oh wow, that brings back so many memories. 8) I've done so much stupid ---- like that. :-\

Speaking of rain, I watched old people get washed away in the rain the other day. Stupid fuckers. I think the other old people are more catious now because today I seen one crossing the highway and there was a very small trail of water traveling down so she does a complete stop and surveys the siuation for like 25 seconds before she decides it's safe to cross. ::) ---- I hate old people......

I feel Ya here brother, it was a early monday afternoon and i as on my way home from droping my girlfriend off at work i was going about 65 and in my 91 talon, befor ei know it some ass hole coming in my lane comes about 1/2 car from me so i swerve to miss hima nd spin out in to on coming traffic and some how missed everyone and ended up in some dudes front yard, i thought i was going to die LOL live strong dont let is scare you go do it again!!!

Lol, you're now part of the curb club! The second time I tried to "drift" I ended up a hill. The front of my car was held up by the oild pan, on a big ass rock. ;D

I've done something like that before...I was leaving school one day a little late and got a little too throttle happy in my mustang. I was trying to turn left onto a 1 way street...which would have been 90 degrees. What I ended up doing was like a 180, and I was going the direction I was coming from...but down a side street.

yea that ---- happnes, I did an 180 the other week and ended up smacking a curbe and braking my whole rear suspension on the right side and the front wheel on the passanger side. I was pissed, but luckally there were no other car involved and no cops came by. I had to tow the car on a flat bed. >:(

welcome to my world. but luckilly if my car makes it sideways, it keeps going dieways. like ill keep going on the path i wanted to go, but the car itself will be turning 360s and ----.

Well there was a black guy on a bike, that I almost hit, he was laughing his ass off. I didn't see other faces, I got out of there quick as hell, there's always cops around there, bad neighborhood.

All an all, it was fun, scary when I saw that the car kept going over the median, but fun after it was done, and the car escaped with no problems

I don't think I mentioned this was in the WRX, I was thinking of all the $$$$ I would have to spend to fix it, luckily it's all good.


Mike, I got the clutch, but it is not in the car. I took the turbo kit out and sold it. It's N/A now and runs better than before ::) ::)

I live in bc canada so I am used to performance winter driving, I was coming home in the rain and seen a bad car acident and laughed saying to my passenger how the ---- can you crash in rain, what they ---- do they do in the winter? 2 hours later I was upside down in the ditch. Rolled my low milage 93 si black hatchie :-X I hate rain >:(

I've been busy, have family visiting, so I get home from work to go out take them shopping, to the themeparks and ----. I need some time off from them, so tonight I'll probably hit the track to test the car out.

It's boosting much faster now, with the light flywheel and light pulley combo, I can get full boost at around 3k rpms. Feels good too, clutch holds a lot better than stock of course. I'll try to take the digi cam and take some pics tonight, if I go.
