Almost finished...

Well, my B-series project on the cheap is almost finished. All I really have left to do on the car (89 hatchback) is some bodywork, order up some tires, chip the ecu, and give it a good cleaning.
So far my price list has been pretty low. Originally i was going to just build up the d16z6 that was in it last November when i put it off the road, but i gave in to the lure of the b18, not to mention a helluva deal on it. List so far: B18a1 with under 70k, PR4 ecu, LS trans, and Hasport motor mounts and shift linkages - $300 91 Integra rear brake conversion - $20 Homemade log manifold (everything homemade...i'm a little broke here) - $23 Homemade 2 1/2" exhaust with "Whitey bends" ending with Dynomax Super Turbo muffler - $55 Charge pipes re-used from old setup '04 Evo 8 FMIC from last install - $50 '04 Evo 8 16g pinwheel - $150 Apexi twin chamber bov - did an in-dash dvd player install for it...so 1 hour of time bitches 8) Attachment 35907 Attachment 35908 She's definately nothing to look at, but for the money i put into it, i can't complain. Who says boostin' can't be cheap? ;D |
