air in brakes ...
well cut a long story short .. ....
i went for my MOT and my car failed , well they said becuase of the rear brake pipes. So i got the car fixed by them. after i picked it up Imediatly noticed that the pedal was "slushy" to the foot. It would go all in, and brakes would come on. So i took the car back to the garage ..... i aruged with them, and then asked them to do the job correctly. .. The saga contiunes ..... well then he had a "closer" look, and notice that the rear bleed nipples were seized. Now, i wasnt happy with this excuse, so he some how manged to get my brakes a little better, but stilll lots of air in them They dont get any harder as i pump them, when the engine is on. however if i pump the peadle when the engine is off, it gets hard after 2 pumps. He tried to "unseize" the nipples but couldnt, he was trying to turn them, and all sorts. ... My question is guys. ...... any way of getting them nuts out ? / nipples out ? He tried some wd40 and some other lubicant. He even tapped it with a small hammer. |

they have never been opened ..
and that syupid garage really pissed me off >:( what happens if i heat the bolt, it expands .... if i cool it would that get the bolt open ? |

how can you cross thread the bleader you dont take it out all the way??? Why didnt you do the brakes yourself???? and your wheel cylinder arrow is pointing to the wrong place wheel cyl is attached to the brake line

get some good flare wrenches, solve all brake and fuel problems. Or just replace the cylinders, get them new at oreilly for like 13 each, 1 hour both sides easy :X.You probably will feel a much better pedal with new pads and wheel cylinders.

wel the way i see it is that if theyreplaced your brake line, they had to bleed your brakes. if you now have air in teh lines they didnt bleed them right. and teh bleeder valve is now stuck because they prob X-threaded the damn thing. they fucked up they fix it period
