Well since the beachhouse is sorta dead, its AIM Chat time.

This is what you do.

When it pops up asking you what to do, tell it to Open the file, or Run the file, can't remember what the option is. You can also choose save and save this file to your desktop for future use.

So the beach house is working again.. I still need to edit a bunch of ---- so it just works off one theme and add some cooler sounds, also going to add the amount of users actually in the chat room back on the menu. but if your feeling balsy try out the "black" theme, haha ;)
