I know it is fucked up, but I'm not going to be the one out of $180 dollars. I will probably loose 40 or 50 and that's ok, but not the full amount. Besides, I could have really just connected something wrong, and don't know what.

So, did you install it as per the instructions on Apexi's site? If so and it didnt work, its a piece of crap.
