What kind of manifold is that? A friend of mine had an ssac one that broke at the collector from the weight of the wg+thermal loading.

his solution was to weld in a brace from the turbo flange to the wg flange.
Also I cannot tell for sure, but it looks like your oil feed is facing the front of the car. Is this a gravity drain turbo? It may require re-clocking of the cartridge. Just a thought....
As for your turbo to chargepipe question. What diameter is your chargepipe? When I couldn't find a sharp enough mandrel bend to get from the compressor to intercooler, I used a peformed radiator hose. Just went to the auto parts store and asked look through the radiator hoses untill I found what looked like it would fit.
