quicksilvia, if you were a passenger in a car, the idiot was driving WAY above the posted speedlimit, then the idiot crashed and you would need life-long health care and not be able to live a life resembling anything normal...you would be fine with him getting a slap on the wrist?
If it was a regular accident, even if it was his fault, that's one thing. Being negligent of the speed limits or TREES along the street, and knowingly endangering a passenger's life as well as anyone else on the road, ---- him. I hope he gets raped hourly. An accident is something accidental. Driving irresponsibly at that speed, it's pretty much common sense that you could severely ---- up or kill someone.
If it was a regular accident, even if it was his fault, that's one thing. Being negligent of the speed limits or TREES along the street, and knowingly endangering a passenger's life as well as anyone else on the road, ---- him. I hope he gets raped hourly. Accidents are avoidable,which this was and means that he did wrong and should pay. The actions on Hogan's behalf show gross negligence which he should pay for the same as a normal joe blow citizen. Yeah he got into the car knowing they were going to drive like idiots, but do you think he got into the car thinking that he would never be able to walk again, or feed himself. I doubt it. Either way Hogan is going to lose his *** in the civil suit.

And even if the guy knew that hogan was going to drive like an idiot, it still doesn't make it his fault that HOGAN wrecked. Hogan made the mistake. Hogan should pay for it.
