Nice...Nick needs to pay for being an idiot. Yeah Nick is in jail for a very brief period, but the kid that is in the hospital will be paralyzed for life and probally will never leave a bed. quicksilvia, if you were a passenger in a car, the idiot was driving WAY above the posted speedlimit, then the idiot crashed and you would need life-long health care and not be able to live a life resembling anything normal...you would be fine with him getting a slap on the wrist?

If it was a regular accident, even if it was his fault, that's one thing. Being negligent of the speed limits or TREES along the street, and knowingly endangering a passenger's life as well as anyone else on the road, ---- him. I hope he gets raped hourly. An accident is something accidental. Driving irresponsibly at that speed, it's pretty much common sense that you could severely ---- up or kill someone.

Accidents are avoidable,which this was and means that he did wrong and should pay. The actions on Hogan's behalf show gross negligence which he should pay for the same as a normal joe blow citizen. Yeah he got into the car knowing they were going to drive like idiots, but do you think he got into the car thinking that he would never be able to walk again, or feed himself. I doubt it. Either way Hogan is going to lose his ass in the civil suit.

Im sure the passanger knew damn well what they were going to be doing and knew the risk when he sat in the car. Its not like he said "hey man run me to the airport" and then the minihulkster started street racing on the way there. He knew the risks and went anyways.

I dont agree with this dumbass totaly but to be honest think about it next time you are in your boys car doing a quick street tune and you pull a 2-3 panty ripper and someone runs a stop sign. or you blow a tire or a dog runs out or any other asinine situation that could happen.

It was stupid for the balding wrestler to let his Obviously stupid kid run around in a car that powerful but I don't think the kid was doing 150. I think he should rot for not caring that the kid is fucked up though.

If hogan wasn't driving like an idiot, probably well beyond his abilities than this would not have happened, which means the "accident" would not have happened. So that means that the wreck was avoidable, and hogan should be forced to eat 500 lbs of the said orange chicken prior to be released.

I have never met a 17 year old kid who would drive responseibly with a 1000hp supra. would you? cause my ass would have been beatin the ---- outta that car everywhere. i drove a damn stock jeep when i was 17 and i beat the ---- out of it, i can only imagine what sort of shannigans I would have gotten into with a real sports car.
