adapter plate ?

I built all my flanges by hand. They're easy with a drill press but you can also use a torch. If you keep the heat relatively low you can actually get some clean holes.

thanx guys for the info....im gonna try it myself and if it doesnt work out...oh well i only spent $5....it should be some good practice at what i love to do and that is make ---- out of metal!!!

no thats y i jsut cut 2 4.5 in squares and welded them together.
