Fellow HMT'ers, Thanks for coming to our defense! We really appreciate it!
Figured I had better address a few things here... We send everything Ground unless the customer requests something different. Once we ship the package, we have no control over it. If it does not make it, we will help you deal with the shipping company to help you file a claim. We do not offer up immediate cash refunds to everyone who claims not to have received their package. It's not bad customer service, it good business sense. We constantly ask folks who PM us, to send emails instead, yet some don't listen, and get pissy when we are not on the site every few minutes to recieve PMs. To my knowledge, TunerWife did not post up the PM thread which owned Gen4, my thanks to whomever did make the post I bOw tO yOuR mAd Skillzzzzzzz. HATRACK - No worries on making this thread, the outcome was great! SDRAWKCAB - Please send contact info for the chick in your avatar. TUNERWIFE - Just kidding about that previous comment.
