i had a problem recently with getting a package delivered that i never got im trying to get a refund there being douches about it though customer service need improving for sure

I can almost guarantee you it is out of their hands and has absolutely NOTHING to do with them. They have been selling here for a LONG ------- time with no problems that I can ever remember. If the post office lost a package, that's not their fault and I'm sure they will correct it. No need to bash them for it.

out of there hand craig should have sent it signature required and i would have gotten my part poor shipping methods are what owned them period end of story

Hardly anybody sends ---- signature required. How the ---- is it his fault?? How is it poor shipping methods?? Chances are, it probably wouldn't have mattered with a sig or not if the package was lost. Don't blame the seller, blame the shipper. It makes no sense to blame the seller. After he ships it, he has -0- control.
