the volvo got rear ended too, so they are lucky (soneone else insurance fixing their car)....

not sure about whereever you are, but here in FL, if you hit someone in the back you are wrong no matter what.

im not too worried on my end....i was an innocent person sitting at the light waiting and got hitso its all good with me. im jsut mad that i dont have a car....can anyone say hatch? ;D

cant boost...apparently my dad told me one of the agents that works for our insurance company was near the accident and took pics of the car while it was wrecked(kidna odd) so im not allowed to take anything from it...but i couldnt strip it even if i wanted too....its already been taken away
