My wife got hit light on the highway, next to no damage to the Del Sol, and she had pulled muscles in her back. She came away with $12,000. So moral of the story is get a good lawyer right away. Dont sign anything. Dont talk to their insurance company for any reason, let your lawyer handle it. Sorry about your rex and hope you feel better.

special software, ---- I use mspaint. just paste the image into ms paint, select the whole picture then use of the the buttons on top to "stretch/skew" and in the % boxes for stretch put smaller numbers than 100. when you have it to the size you like to have it to click save as, then name it and select ".jpg" or "jpeg" so it's not a .bmp

the volvo got rear ended too, so they are lucky (soneone else insurance fixing their car)....

not sure about whereever you are, but here in FL, if you hit someone in the back you are wrong no matter what.
