Yeah it's completely stock, got it for $750. I picked up some H&R sport springs off craigslist for it for only 30 bucks too! I will probably throw my HX wheels on it and get some decent struts when I decide to lower it.

Umm I dunno much about the delta regrind, but from what I have read (and what everybody else in this thread says) they work really well and you can't beat $50. Here is there website, it's a local place here in Washington... http://www.deltacam.com/

im rockin the Delta 272 in my built a6, i like it a lot.

z6 or a Blox IM, GSR TB, ZC slugs, z6 HG, blah blah blah should make for a pretty peppy single slammer

Yeah I have a spare Z6 head, but it's kinda beat and not even complete, so I think I am just going to stay non-vtec. I can just trade that for an intake and throttle body or something. It's defintely going to be a huge improvement over my current motor lol. I will easily double my horsepower at the wheels when it's built up. Heck I will be happy when I just have the stock A6 in there, seriously this D15b1 blows.

Its not like BBK has anything to prove i herd about his map before i even found this site. Almost anyone can turbo a car but bbk's map is famous. (not trying to give you a big head or anything) I hope your build goes good i think the biggest stock cam came in the carbed d15b non v-tec correct me if im wrong.

Yeah my Uberdata map is pretty famous lol. I'm pretty excited about this build since my first car was an 88 dx hacth (picture below), but I didn't know ---- about hondas back then. Brings back a few memories...

hahaha damn that car looks gangsta^^^, i have the exact same car as your new blue std but without the monster lift and the ghetto look the wheels give it, i have blacked out 14" steelies so it doesnt look ugly. mines actually droped way to low just the way i bought it. oh and your engine might have 60whp but i doubt it hahah (read a thread about someone dynoing one of those and it was like 48whp hahaha). my ------- cars just as slow too right now, because im low on money and havent been able to ditch the motor yet, luckily i have the si tranny. soon ill fix that though.

i also have the shitty d15b1 in my hatch, though i did a mpfi swap because i got another hatch with a blown d16a6 in which the head dropped multiple valves, had one hell of a rod knock, and was just ready to be junked. with the swap to mpfi i found a whole new powerband with the pm6 ecu and increased lowend. i still rock the 4 speed as well since i do a lot of city driving, though i would be interested in a 5 speed(non-si since i drive a lot on he highway as well) if someone has one up for grabs close to the 48342 area we can talk about it. wasnt a bad idea to swap to mpfi. though i think my HG is on its way out i still manage to get 200-250 miles on a single tank which is quite low. now i just need a few more little odds and ends to start my turbo kit on it. which should make the car a whole new animal to drive. though i think i may suffer from the 4 speed. then again with the longer gears i may actually be better.

Hey pat, there was a guy running around town in a black eg last year with a built n/a VTEC-E motor in it....i've watched him beat cars with gsr swaps and ----....can't remember what he had done to it but i do remember that thing crackin like a b-series with a cam....i've been wanting to do something like this for a while now, but with a z6 instead and throw it in a crx or hatch like yours...if you need any help with this build call me up cause i plan on doing a sohc n/a build sometime in the future and wouldn't mind getting my hands dirty so i know what i'm doing.
