You'll have to
a:) Re-size it with a program (infranview ect.) then host it or

b:) Re-size it when you upload it to the host server (photobucket, imageshack ect.)

I recommend imageshack. It's pretty easy to use.

Click upload page, browse for the file, check RESIZE IMAGE then there is a drop-down for sizes. Click 150x112 thumbnail

Check the box that says: "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail?"

Upload, get code, done ;)

Open it in MSpaint, goto image>stretch/scew, change the size in both axis some percent then goto image>attribute and check the size. I dont think there is a pixel limit for this site but make it something like 60pixels wide.
