If you "off" spencer I'll pay the taxes for you. 
What seems to work good here is tell them you can only make $2 payments everymonth even though you are suppoesed to pay $100 or whatever. If you tell them you are poor, but you can only ?? a month, they'll let you and they won't persue you all the time.
Or you could kill Celine dion. There's a big payout for that dirty ****.

You shouldnt owe the government money if you filed your claim right and you paid your monthly taxes.
I am technically a personal contractor, so I always end up owing at the end of the year, its just how much.
This year I'm projecting about 1500 ... last year was about 4 grand, but thanks to my superior tax dodging skills, I was able to only have to pay 150 dollars. Write offs are nice ...

your still a ------- dependent. how the hell can you pay taxes? unless you got paid cash at work, and you thought you were getting cash money, but your emplyer decided to ---- you without lube, and claimed you, thats pretty much the only way. the same ---- is happening to my brother right now. his boss paid him cash every week, sometimes a check, but claimed him as an employee, so without taxes being taken out of my bro's paycheck everyweek, he now has to pay it all at once. sounds like the exact same thing is happening to you.
and if you dont pay that ----...down the road they will come back and take every dam paycheck from you and repo everything you own. it pretty much equals out to the govt turning you into becomming a bum for the rest of your life.
