Default 91 Accord Fan Heater Issue

Alright I am putting this here because It doesnt seem to go anywhere else.

SO I bought this $400 accord and the heat doesnt work as well as thought. The heater motor blows, made some weird noises. So I pulled it and there was nothing in there. Cleaned out the leaves ect. out from the heater core. the motor blows air but there is no sufficient air coming from either of the vents on any of the settings.

CLIFF: The motor blows air, but no air comes out of the ------- vents. WTF MATE :1 This accord is kicking my ***.

Ideas?

Some/most cars HVAC system blows air through the A/C evaporator all the time even when the heater is on. And so they get dirty and plugged up and then air won't easily pass through them. Could be the problem. And cleaning the evaporator always helps the A/C to kick *** like a new car. My FWIW on my 86' trooper I had to pull apart the HVAC system and use new 1/4" foam to reseal all the joints so it would quit leaking air. Made for a nice difference in air through the vents. Also check the voltage at the fan motor when on to make sure it's getting good power. Might be loosing a few volts through a bad switch or bad ground.

Can you hear the blend door motors working when you move from the vent or defrost settings? and is it actually moving its possible for them to be stuck

Yes when the fan is off and I press the buttons I can hear them moving inside. I am thinking I will go grab a new switchboard because I keep being told to replace it. So I will grab one of those. I put a new insulating strip in at one side. I will pull the motor and oil the arms. I was just thinking maybe it was an easy fix. Sounds to me like its a blockage or a stuck vent
