This isn't anti lag, this is just a flat shift and launch control program. It retards ignition a little bit and drops sparks.
I have that on the DSM I did in Iceland. It's just a switch on the clutch and the ECU handles the rest.

anti lag is mapped to the throttle, this isn't anti-lag but it does the same job in drag racing. anti-lag is a rally thing that is controlled by throttle, when you lift the gas pedal the ECU controls the air either with a big air bypass valve or a fly-by-wire throttle so that the airflow isn't completely cut off. Then the ECU retards spark past TDC and adds fuel to control the temperatures.
The system used in the DSM we built and also in that SC is basically just a spark dropping revlimiter connected to a clutch switch. My DSM ECU retards the spark to 5°BTDC and drops 8 out of 9 sparks (fires one out of 9 sparks just to keep the spark plugs from fouling). That SC has a similiar setup.
The DSM easily builds 15psi on the launch control and makes lots of flames and loud bangs, then on gear shifts it's the same story. Poor dump valve never gets to vent until the run is over as the throttle doesn't close until its time to hit the brakes.
