5zigen fireball ??

Hey guys, I know a lot of you guys are running 5zigen fireball axle back mufflers. I'm running one on my b18b motor on my civic hatch. Today I noticed the exhaust is loud! Before it was nice and deep, but today it's just loud and louder on the highway.. what gives? It's been on the car for a year and has never been this loud before.. almost a raspy vibrant/ractive muffler sound? Maybe my cat. converter is going..?

mufflers tend to break in, or lose quality after a certain amount of miles. the fiberglass inside gets burned u, and less useable. how many miles are on the muffler? do you have a turbo? how many miles on the muffler since boost?

No boost. I know the mufflers get louder since they get full of carbon. When I first bought it, it was new and never made any noise, then a month after it sounded perfect.. 11 months later (couple days ago) it gets loud and raspy.

No boost yet. Approximately 30,000kms on the muffler now (~15,000 miles).

Dont fix it stan... once you put your turbo setup on, your muffler will quiet down a good 35%
