450whp is considered the safe limit for a stock 5.0 block

i have an older block 70's i think i heard that they are stronger i am not sure if it is 4 bolt or not tho i will have to get the number of it and check it out or haul the pan off

also what kind of turbo would you recomend i have seen lots of TT instals but not many single turbos i would rather a single and around what size.
