4 stroke 2008 banshee?

Re: 4 stroke 2008 banshee?
I just think there are enough 4-strokes out there that the 4 stroke guys can choose from already. No need to ruin something that's already a legend by swapping in a completely opposite setup. That's like swapping a 289 out of a Mustang into a Vette. :1

It's funny how everybody I know who owns a 4 stroke is having problem after problem and when they first bought it all they could talk about was how reliable and trouble free they are. One of my friends just had his bike serviced after it wouldn't start and was backfiring. $1200 for a "tune-up" and overhaul that shouldn't even be necessary. I've never had an expense over the cost of a new piston/rings and a cylinder hone. 4-strokes suck and putting one in a bike that has been an absolute success as a 2-stroke for so many years in a row would be retarded and pointless.

It'll never happen becuase the Banshee is still in production:
http://www.yamaha-motor.ca/products/products.php?model=2079&class=78&group=A|&LANG=en
The 2008 model will still be the same motor.

im turning into a 2 stroke guy pretty fast. at least for everything except hardcore over logs through brush trail riding.
i love my tri-zs. my 80 over one rips hard and i love power sliding that thing around long corners in 5th.
its so easy to start and that is so nice for a change

ya looks pretty foolish. a nigd out looking "mudzilla" , a dog on a atv with a helmet on, and that thing, which looks like it has a sport bike frame pasted on the side, and the word banshee on the seat just looks like somthing yahmaha wouldnt really do i dont know..
