whats the average $ on the dyno runs, is $50 for 1 hr decent, with as many pulls as you can get in?

Matt Fall pioneered the engine that I use in my ute, with that in a full weight probe he ran 11 flat. Stock rods, forged pistons, stock manifolds, throttles etc. He's a talented guy :-)

11.66 from his fe3t heavy fwd probe :

Fred's boyfriends car only had 400hp

The 900hp probe would probably only take about 3 seconds to spin out and eat a wall.

Ok, I didn't really understand who he was talking about. With 900hp and spinning tires all the way down the track I'd still expect better than 10s.

it isn't my car....and as far as it only running 11s, what the hell are you talking about? Last year he was in the 8s. with his old engine he was in the 11s

Damn...i can't wait to see this back at the track this summer. Was the 8.63 run at Sabin?? I didnt think that track was capable of producing good runs...

Yes the 8.63 was at sabin. And yes that track is capable of producing good runs, it's just the fact that everyone whines "the track prep sucks" because they can't drive on this track.

Re: The 2jz probe is at it again....

no john ppl whine about prep because the d bags running the track don't let "most" ppl run in the groove.

also when ppl run street tires that doesn't help much eather.

same body shell, totally transformed from fwd fe3t full weight street car to stripped tube frame 2jzgte rwd drag car. I was just pointing out that he got a heavy car to go pretty fast before the monster build and that he had talent. That's all.

I did and you said this:

To which the answer is, no you ------- idiot, he didn't run 11s at 900+hp. He ran 11s with his old setup, 8s with this one.

You are right people whine about prep. and yes they donm't let most people run in the groove, only those with full slicks. and street tires wouldn't matter if you had full slicks and just ran in the groove where the street tires haven't been.

I'm sorry, you're the ------- idiot, if you read one or two posts after that, someone stated that fe3t was talking about a different probe that was only running 400hp.

If I really thought 900hp would net only 11s, I wouldn't have posted that it didn't sound right.

Read.

Basically, I knew that didn't sound right, so you aren't telling me ----.

I whine about the track prep because i suck at driving my car and i always seem to have bad launches. I never really thought that running out of the groove made that big of a deal though. I guess it does give me something to blame my 13.31 on :S
