Why bother putting a 6.0L in if not for maximum horsepower? Why not make a smaller engine and turbocharge it? Better gas mileage and easily able to add power.
because 400hp 400torque > 200hp 130 torque. why a 6.0? BECAUSE THIS IS AMERICA and america = big power, drag race'n, budweiser drink'n, big v8 love'n, marborol red smoke'n mother *******. Expecialy those in the market for a sport truck. Who the ---- is going to buy a turbo 4 liter 400hp truck... see many cyclones running around?

Bill walks into the local bar, jack asks you what motor your truck has in it. Does he say. "Oh its a v6 turbo." Then Jack would say " My moms toyota has a v6 in it.. *** boy."
Bill "but its turbo"
Jack "Is that like a super charger for *** boy volkswagens?"

Alternate scenario

Bill walks into the local bar, Jack asks about the engine in his new truck. You say " Its a ------ 400hp ls2 6 liter v8 man"
Jack " Man, ain't that the motor they put in the corvettes?"
Bill "---- yeah it is man"
Jack "I bet that mother ****** straight gets it"

Bill has heightend sence of self esteem to go with his new car payment. End of story.

I was just saying it wasn't an impressive number to me. They should offer a supercharged version atleast.
