Oh good god! Thats ugly as sin! That reminds me of some pontiac looking ----. Weezer starts playing "Say it ain't soo-oooo..." Their last face lift was the best looking ---- and don't know why they changed it. It may be fast but now thats one ugly looking ******.

 

def looks diff. Still got that spoiler on the end but it doesn't look as big. I like the new look. Any increase of performance? Is the transmission stronger?

As far as I know, same 300hp engine with the 6 speed. The STi 6 speed is pretty much bullet proof, now my WRX, and any WRX tranny is the weak link. And I believe the regular WRX still has the same one.

I guess they still think they are faster than the EVO's, on a straight line they are, but after that there's no competition.

If we could only get the JDM and EDM models it would be different.

 

I heard the evo has increased its performance a bit.

 

i remember seeing some comprasion saying the MR a slightly faster then the STI

IMO it`s a Marketing thing. 300 horse 300 tork always sounds better then a 276 horse 286 tork
same goes to "boxer engine" vs inline four engine.
again that`s a american thing, what 99.9% of the ppl focus on is straight line performace, in their mind, performance meas pure accelaration, how fast you can complete the ~~quarter mile~~
what`s funny is that i saw an artical on reviewing the 05 mustang GT. at last the guy wrote "It is still the best stight line performace you can buy" now THAT tells you somethin.

 

I'm not feeling it in the pictures. But sometimes cars will make a lot more sense when you see them in person.

The STI needs to be a 2.0L

Well I didn't include the Legacy cause those ******* never really changed in looks so if you seen one then you've seen em' all :P Sorry Maria opps besides the Legacy GT which is a sportier looking sedan that came turbo'd or TT in the JDM models(oh la-la!)
Then came the Impreza...ahhh There's just the normal Impreza and the "outback" which if you can remember had the commercials with Croc. Dundee


Then the US Impreza's starting getting better looking and they came out with the 2.5RS and the only Impreza that came as a coupe

Then the First US WRX and some plastic surgery and a facelift with the Dodge Neonish headlights but a major down fall was the coupe model was dropped completely

Now you can't turn your head without seeing one of these *******.
Then a facelift with was for the better with the next model,( 2nd best looking Impreza front end after the nonUS EJ20 models IMHO)


and now a turn for the worst and god knows what got into their designer'd head with this frontend
