Has anyone heard anything bad on the new 2006 Civic or is it all good. My gf is thiking of getting one, but so far all has been good comments.

Would like to hear everything before buying it.

I bought one on saturday. the thing ------- rocks.

 

My girlfriend got a Scion Tc more horsepower comes standard fully loaded I think the Tc is the best car for the money

 

i took my friend to the dealership and handle the whole buying situation for him a year ago. yes i've driven it and it doesn't impress me as the 06 civic ($14k).

the civic just feels a shitload better. so quick, smooth, and responsive. the bucket seats just suck you in.

and for the power department.. even though the civic got less power & torque. it feels like a monster compare to the tc.

civics lowend torque & drive by wire > tc

Id say get it, my buddy bought the new Si, the thing roars w/197hp LSD. But im not sure about lower models.

i got giddy the other night when there was 8 honda's in front of my house. lol

mine, mom's, sis, and 5 friends. it was dope

 

Also, I think for your gf, a base model would still work great for her. Killer gas mi. too.
