2002 Mini Cooper S

Ok, I might be putting the Honda game on the back burner. I just got a Mini Cooper S with sport package and leather package for $4000, nothing wrong with it just needs tires. Worth it?

Is it worth it... YOu don't deserve it if your asking or your just flossing that ---- in our faces. Is it totalled or something for only 4000?

That's a bad ass deal for a nice little car. Got to drive my buddy's base model Cooper, and it was still fun to play with

I was wondering the same thing. Why did you get a 15K car for 4K? is it totaled, wrecked to ---- and flux'd back together or was it stolen? Sweet deal if the car is legit but over 10K less than its worth is crazy.

Pics?

+1 I think a Cooper S on a track would be a bad ass way to spend a day.

just upgrade the boost parts, and those cars are a blast. also cool how there is so much room in such a small car. im 6'2" and i fit with no knee knocking.

ok, an update:

I bought the car but then found out it need over $6k in repairs. Almost none of the maintenece or needed parts can be bought other than oem.........Plus me living in germany all my repairs owuld have to be done at BMW since Bosch and everyone else woudlnt touch it......it came out to be a $15k projest to get it up to standard.

well it was a good steal.

So you bought the car before you found all that out? so you REALLY thought you were buying a 5 year old car for 15K less than it was worth becuae it needed tires?

It is the supercharger. You are looking at the water pump drive gearbox.

BMW in their infinite wisdom decided to drive the water pump off the back of the supercharger in a sealed oil bath case.

Then i guess he really did think a new set of tires dropped teh price 10-15K. Sucks that you got a raw deal but damn dude, you should do a little more homework before you buy it. can you get your dough back?
