200 dollar D-series DC2 teg restore pictures

Here are a few of the shots when I picked it up at the end december

pics as of feb 16, its not complete buts its comming along pretty well. Its my daily driver even though the paint is an eye sore.

Also I was able to get the OEM keyless entry and security system working with the help of the previous owner. It seems that the OEM security systems in tegs are pretty rare since it was a dealer install option.

Its powered by a d16z6 and si tranny.. its not fast at all, but it not so slow that its dangerious. I have to stay 4k+ rpm most of the time for power. I have more pictures and stories to go with it at http://forum.tullostech.com/index.php?topic=39.0, but that link does not have the lastest pictures.

i agree, it needs paint really bad.. I want to put my built z6 in it before i paint it. i'm pretty sure its going to be some honda/acura black since i really like that exterior black with black interior look.

looks good for what you had to work with, i bet you get some funny ass looks when you pop your hood for people. if im not mistaken, in other threads you said that was a GSR, right? i would laugh my ass off if i saw it, but its pretty cool. i would rock it.

I love screwing with people right before i pop the hood. I'm say someting like "this is one of the rarest swaps ever done to any integra, its so rare that I only know about a couple are know in the entire US." people go :o and i go :y then they are like ??? and i'm ;D and everyone starts laughing.. its priceless
