so i was applying for my car registration and the application wants to know my cars empty weight, gross weight, gvwr and gcwr?

from all my searches the only thing i found was the empty weight of 2165

 

um why do they nee that, are you registering it as a commercial vehicle?

Sounds about right, the 90-91's were ~200 lbs heavier than the 88-89's.

 

On my 91 std title it reads dry shipping weight of 2027

 

my 89 std gutted with gay racing seat in it wieghs 1875. the 91 si full interior with full tank is 2275, low tank was i think 2230. they dont need all of that, only need the curb wieght. its stupid it usually only changes the price by a few dollars...they had me go weight my 82 yamaha seca because they didnt have it on file. sometimes people are just retarded by making things difficult and doing everything by the book.

whatever you do make sure that nothing u put is under 2000lbs. i live in R.I. and just got mine inspected and had to change my reg. because it read under 200lbs ( it was like 1987 or something) and i couldnt get it inspected cause according to R.I. no car is under 200lbs. Just a heads up even though u live in MA
