I used to have 18's on my civic, just required a bit of arch cutting/ bumper cutting, heres a pic http://tinypic.com/192v7m Tyres were stupidly expensive, Sold them and will never have them again!

Just get a baseball bat and roll the fenders yourself. A few people I know put 18" on a civic. Pointless but just roll the fenders its the only way it wont rub.
