The man was ticketed for speeding, reckless driving and having vehicle windows with illegal tint
adding insult to injury.

wasnt a street racing insident? odd, if it was in the news here it would have been streetracing related, even if he was the only one on the road....


btw... i blow passed a cop at 130+, im gonna keep it WOT and take the next exit or two... :1
