12 second rule
I am pursuing a law degree to dedicate my life to the enforcement of the 12 second rule.
Well, the 12SR is the maximum time that it should take Joe Citizen to pass a vehicle on the left. I remember that several years ago we used to have signs that read,"left lane is for passing only." I believe that this LAW should be strictly enforced. There should be a $200 fine per offense. I don't know about your driving situations, but apparantly the people in KY think that the left lane is for drag racing the car next to you at 15mph below the speed limit. This is the leading cause of traffic jams. The second is cops driving on main roads during rush hour causing people to drive slow and stupidly. That's beside the point. What are your thoughts on the 12SR?
