Default 1/4 mile time...????

I looked through the 1/4 time thread but couldn't find anything on a ....
94 EX 2door
D16Z6
8psi
stock clutch
decent street tires

are high 13's a realistic goal?

my *plans* are to do a turbo set-up( found a 14B with volvo intercooler and volvo BOV) with ghetto fuel management, and out run the 14.5(average run)all-motor CRX I have posted in my SIG. See, the CRX is my buddies who he is payin me to watch it while he is in Iraq. He is due back home the end of august, first of sept, and I wanna rip the ---- out of the CRX with my civic. --the CRX is a story and if anyone wants to hear it, I would be glad to tell.....

so is this a realistic goal?
I am just gonna throw the turbo together for the time being, and work on it slowly but surely....1st thing being the management. then a different intercooler.....

*whats your opinion*

I dont think that at 8 PSI you'll get 13's on street tires. Probably at 10-11PSI with a Good traction is possible.

I would get a nice blown motor in 13 seconds on 10PSI. 8psi is max on a stock motor. so what am I lookin at realistic?

bbka pulled a 13.3 @ 103mph on slicks @ 10psi (1.8 60ft) this weekend in his z6 coupe and I think 13.8 or 13.9 on drag radials. Not bad... then again the quaife and a act xt/ss clutch really helped out

If your conditions are Street tires and a full interior Coupe
Id say mid 14 with atleast a 2.2 or 2.1 on the 0-60ft

I have a friend that pulled a 13.8 on a D16y7 coupe at 10-11 PSI and street tires but he got an LSD tranny and he is a very good driver
