*WARNING* very very good PayPal phishing scam.
 

This is not from PayPal they would never ask you to click a link they will tell you to login. Accidently gave them my password and had to change it real quick. You can enter any username and password in the link and they mess with the address bar cause it will still say paypal.com with no subdomain like normal phishing scams.

If you notice the address is to high like there is more ---- under it and the right side has changed colors. I fell for it since Ive been doing alot of paypaling lately, the email seemed appropriate. Then it asked for detailed credit card info I ------- flipped I hurried up and logged in to paypal and changed my password. Then checked that linked page and you can input any username and password and it takes it and tells u to input credit card info. Iam a computer guy being a network admin and this one almost got me. If it wasnt for my recent paypal escapade I would have just deleted it.

damn.. i wouldnt have noticed it.. but since i've had so many of my friends say that their paypal got hacked, i just use checks/money orders.. heh.. ;D

sorry that is what the whole email was....i did change my pw but i am waiting on a refund from paypal...and it has been pending for almost a week and i keep emailing them but they wont email me back......do you think i got fucked over?? >:(

i'm not gonna read this all, but I just wanted to say that's an old scam and it's soooo stupid. You're a dumbass if you fall for it. When you click the link and they ask you to input your information, you can type practically anything and it will go through like it's right. I wonder how many fuckers a day fall for that. I should do it.

Mrs Spoon Fed, if you had any contact with Paypal customer service recently before getting that email, I think that email was legit. I recently had to call them about something, and right after got a very similar email. However, if you had to give any sensitive data (password, cards #, PINs) it's probably a scam.
