*VIDEO* of the supercharged cavalier
Current setup:
2.2 Ecotec Intercooled and supercharged M62
Lower engine mount
Warm air intake
Suspension and a short shifter
Exhaust is stock and boost is currently hitting upto 10 psi
Been to the track once since the bash with a little better tune, pulled off a 14.5@98
Anyways onto the video, please right click and save as

yes the whoosh going by is my exhaust note, sounds like a Jet from what I'm told. I need to upgrade that!
The other cavalier/cam car runs a 15.4@89 if I remember correctly

Re: *VIDEO* of the supercharged cavalier
Yep, car started off like this when I bought it about a year ago...
Currently it looks like this:
The white cavalier is my girlfriends...
As for the vids, I'd like to get some daytime ones but I don't own a camera. This was one of the rare times I was around someone who had one.
Boost is boost, I enjoyed both the turbo and this supercharger. Both have their pro's and con's though. I really miss the sound of the BOV and the turbo spool although the supercharger whine is very cool. The supercharger works great for autoX'ing which I do quite often. The throttle responce is instant which is exactly what I need. It lacks the upgradeability of a turbo setup but I'm very content, this car is exactly what I wanted it to be.

Random,
Yes they are at full throttle.... I do lose traction for a second in the wet even in third but the wheels/tires help a lot on this car.... 17x7.5" wheel with 225/45/17 Falken Azenis sports (these tires are wonderful on the street). Also keep in mind that my power curve is more linear than yours. With most of your turbo setups you have no power till the turbo spools then it's all at once. Where mine changes whatever rpm/throttle I'm at and not all harsh and at once.
Once I open this exhaust up it will help a lot... 1 7/8's with a cat & restrive muffler, and resonator just isn't cutting it.

Re: *VIDEO* of the supercharged cavalier
What kind of power were you putting down with that setup?
I'm probably only around 215-220 whp right now. The m62 won't put out as much cfm as a turbo so 10 psi won't yield as much power as 10 psi on yours. With an integra I would assume you started with more hp than my cavy did as well.
Like I said I'm still anxious to see how much the exhaust helps. Also considering a smaller pulley to bump it up to 15 psi and
some water injection. Maybe in a few months if I have the money...
