haha i feel ya on the knees bit, mine are ------ shot, i have to wear knee braces when i squat, its kinda cool too when the bar is flexing from al the weight on it

the funny thing is, there hasnt been a scientific, FDA study on steroids since the MID 70s, reason being? if used in moderato correct amounts, they can be helpful...kinda like the "government should sell and TAX weed thing"


i have taken then, went from 200, to 275, didnt notice anything psycological, i am a US Marine anyways so i must be crazy to begin with right?!?!?!!?


i would like to get some right now so i could put on another 25 pounds or so

Thank you hotrex, thats what I wanted to hear. Its just not worth it. Most anyone can get the build/strength/size that they want without gear. I would hate to see someone think that after seeing big dudes on the internet that they would think that gear is the only way.

Yeah, well that's what this thread was about, I can run two miles in 13 1/2 minutes, 92 situps in 2 minutes and 83 pushups in to minutes too, but nobody asked about PT tests...

92 and 83 don't sound like all that much, but try it....

They still publish the World Anabolic Review, I had a copy circa 1997. Steroids are THE #1 most researched method of putting on muscle - all that GNC ---- is snak oil, untested, or a half measure. Some steroids allow you to keep 85% muscle mass with minimal upkeep after the cycle is finished.

I think vitimans and protein is the way to go. I heard waaay too many horror stories about roids to experiment with that stuff, plus i dont thnk i could stick myself with a needle in the ***

haha, no It only makes you more extream. If you are naturally angery you will be more angry, if you cry when you watch sad ---- you will cry more, if you crave delicious ***** well you get it.

I was at the gym the other day, and there were these two young skinny guys jocking a short roided out freak of nature. Well the roid freak was exercising his shoulders with dumbells and one of the skinny kids says"come on, man, grunt! I love it when you grunt! *turning to other skinny kid*man that guy is pumping hard, I wanna hear him grunt!"

I almost died laughing.

Moral of the story is that roids make skinny kids want you to ---- them.

I think my best bench was 245 about 6 years ago. I was about 170lbs/5'7" and working out 5-6 days a week. My area of expertease was leg preses. I could max out any machine in the gym on legs. I've ridden bikes all my life so my legs have always been super strong. <<<---Me when I'm lifting.

---- roids. I took protein and vitamins and ate everything I could while working out as much as I could. I gained a ridiculous amount of mass/muscle in a 12 month period going from a skinny *** 120lbs to a "healthy" ~175.

I think if I wasn't so deathly scared of needles I probably would have shot up back in the day.
