Probably not appendix, they do those laproscopically now. One cut above belly button, one a few inches above that, and one about 4 inches below belly button. That's how mine is and it was done maybe 6-7 years ago. One that big though was probably gaul bladder or something larger like that.

Gall bladder is done the same way. My lady has 4 1/2" scars from having hers taken out.

Evo 8 turbo's are oil and water cooled, have fun with the twin-scroll flange though. ;) Td05HR/16G6-9.5cm^2 is the full turbo name and it'll push enough air to turn that 1.6 into a paperweight. >:D
