Default **NWS** In a dilemma...where to stay?

Ok...so im gonna have a little rant here, and i'd like to have your input.
I've included a little taste of NWSedness to keep the flamage down a tad. :1
if your just interested in the nws hit the "page down" button once or twice.

So...Im out of town for school, for my second year.
I lived in residence last year and that was pretty sweet.
Im living at my Aunt & Uncle's this year primarily because i was under the impression it would be next to nothing for rent.
Although, we've never really been that close to that side of the family, everyones 1000km from home.

Well...to my surprise they are charging me $500 a month for a room.
Their place is an hour and a half round trip to the school..
..im NOT allowed girls over. im 20 years old. yes. i know. does not compute.
it's awquard as hell..and not having my car here, if i want to go out to the bar or whatever, its gonna take at least an hour just to get there.
and several other small insignificant reasons.

What would you do in my situation? Am i blowing this out of proportion? I mean i've still been with girls up here but its brutal trying to reel broads if you don't have a place..and thats probably the biggest issue.
If you decided you were going to get the eff out, how would you let em know?
ahhh..
anything else you feel like adding feel free.
thanks

---- them. for 500 a month you should be able to get a room mate right next to campus, if not a studio somewhere a couple miles from campus. What school?

Well you aren't that close to them and they are ripping you off. I'd just straight up tell them to ---- off.

Cambrian College in Sudbury, Ontario. Its an Arts & Trades school. $500 seems to be the going rate for a place here, but i mean still...there my relatives...so i dont understand why they are charging the same to me. It costs the same thing for me to be here, aside maybe a bit of hydro and a tad of electricity.
The only thing that sucks is that this town is booming so I've actually been looking for a little while already and theres not a whole lot. Im #44 on the residence wait list so we'll see where that goes.
Thanks for the replies, guys!

Get the ---- out of there, my mortgage payment is less than your rent for one room. And I've got my own big *** garage.

Granted the cost of living here is cheap as ----, you should be able to find something around campus even if you have to get a room mate or something. Better than living with your aunt and uncle...you're even better off living with your mom and dad for christ's sake.

Shitty, shitty family. Owner of my apt is my great uncle. I pay $300/m for my studio apartment.
No girls = dont stay there. Look you're 20. If you're anything above a fugly 20. You're now the perfect age to get away with ------- all the uber hot 16-17 year old chicks that wouldn't have had anything to do with you at that age. Old enough to tap the *** easily, young enough to say she roped you into it.

Dont ---- that up by paying $500 a month for what appears to be a really shitty case of shitty family morals. You're over 18. You pay to live there. That means you should within reason be able to do whatever.
