well, after two years in the making i finally decided to get rid of the CRX :'(
I'm really gonna miss it, after spending a hell of a lot of time and money on it i decided its time to part with it unfortunately, i'm going to put all i have learned doing the HMT project on it into making another CRX project, but, this time i'm going stealth. I got a glass top JDM CRX in black to clean up and turbo, i figure since i have a load of spare charge pipe and couplers and a spare turbo i'm already half way there.

WOW i wasnt expecting such a good response, i decided to get rid of it as the money is better spent on the newly bought house, i was gonna sell the glass top as well but i need a CRX, they own me. The headlights are from a Vauxhall (opel in europe) Astra MKIV i dont think they have them over in the US. No the porsche's and the M5 belong to my moms bloke i'm not a big fan of german cars to be honest.

I guess the glass top CRX's are quite rare then ?

I was wondering before WTF kind of headlights you had on her.. did you already sell it, or are currently selling it?

Also, I want to see some pics of the JDM CR-X as well.

Yayo: I got £2900 for my CRX which although is quite good its no where near what i spent on it but.... ---- it.

BTW those stickers arent mine, i had to take them off because the extra G-force gave me whiplash

its all on the surface, dunno what the sticker is but i'm on my way to pick up a new wing (fender?) for the front to replace that rusty piece of ---- thats on it at the minute. since i took those shots i've taken all of the stickers off it and replaced those rear lights with some unfuckedaboutwithshitblackpaint ones, took all of the gay little leds and ---- off, and replaced a large quantity of the interior plastics as they were sprayed blue ::)

I dont wanna sell it just yet until i get something better (better than a CRX yeah right) to replace it with. I'll post some interior ones in a bit when i get back from picking up this ---- for it

it is 2001 Mazda metallic titanium grey it looks real nice when the sun shines down on it, that would be about once a year over here

No way, just because you have a body kit and altezzas dont mean ----, its the cleaness of your car that makes it stand out. the paint mostly, maybe if it was different colors it woudltn look as good, but that color makes it look very sexy.

The only thing wrong with you car is the taillights but the rest of the car outweighs that so nope, it wouldn't get branded as rice.



And also do I see power steering on that new CRX?

JDM SIR's have Power steering..

The more I keep looking at those headlights the more I like them, Be sure to send me a set ;) How about I trade you a fine set of USDM headlights (the ----! USDM) for those. hah

yeah the 'new' one has power steering and aircon which is going bye bye cos a) i'm not a ------- penguin and b) i'm not forking out for an aircon friendly manifold. The headlights on the old one are available in left hand drive versions and they also do a black chrome finish as well which i wanted but i got those before i realised although they do take some fitting but hey, this is HMT.
