Ive goten into quite a few fights about issues like this.
You point it out your the meanie.
My site dosent even take paid adds.
There are some sensetive on-line etiquite lines.
I dont mind members posting adds or promoting their business.
They are contributing members of the comunity.
But you gota admit it gets your heckels raised when a lurker who never contributes anything makes his first post an advertisment.
I guess unless your runing a forum. And investing your time / money and effort into it. You wont get it.
When you enter a forum. Its like walking into somebody house or backyard.
Be polite, introduce yourself make a few posts and then plug your product.
Its a thin line. I agree some people see it some dont.
