It says right in the detail (buy it now is 3 grand) all he is doing is avoiding the fees from ebay.

but he is doing nothing but screwing himself... because he can say whatever he wants but in the end... it's only $32 because the buy it now price is set at that... so couldn't you give him negative feedback if he doesn't give the bike to you for $32?

I mean if you were a complete ******* and bid on it using the buy it now price and really expected to get it for 32 bucks your a moron. The guy is not going to let it go for that, and it specifcaly says in the auction that the buy it now really means 3000. There are loopholes in ebay transactions, yes it's probably against their policy/rules.

The guys just trying to save a few bucks.

avoid ebays 3000 dollar fees. Doesnt matter if buy it now is 35 dollars.The item description says 3000 so he aint gonna sell it for 35.00
