If you can get your hands on one cheap then it would probably be worth it. I have seen them go in the $200 range which in my opion you can get better intercoolers for that amount or equal ones for cheaper. My friend only dislikes his intercooler(has a WRX) b/c it is top mount. If your are plannig to top mount it in your celica i thikn it would be sweet(make that scoop functional) and would work well for low boost aplications. Some WRX's change to FMIC, although i dont think it is because the stock one is not good.

fmic should keep your charge air cooler since it won't get soaked with heat from the engine.

Re:wrx intercooler

dont think that the WRX intercooler will be easy to mount up front. how much room you have? you might want to look into a starion/conquest intercooler, they are a pretty inexpensive option. and i have one for sale on ebay ;D
