wont make boost

I just finished a '95 dx TDO4 setup and I think everything is hooked up correctly but I can't make positive boost.

Is the wastegate hooked up correctly? are their any leaks in your charge piping?

if everything is hooked up correctly you would have boost. double check everything...

wastegate !!! if your turbo is attached to the mani and sealed then it has to be boosting.. Only time this is not the case is if your wastegate is not closing or your turbo has ceased.. "does the shaft spin freely?"

thanks, i found that i could make just about 2psi. The shaft on the turbo spins it dose not move side to side but if you spin it with your finger it stops fast
